I'm Francesca Ling, and I live in beautiful Los Angeles, California. I discovered Muay Thai, or “the Art of Eight Limbs," kind of by accident. But I quickly fell in love with the strength and empowerment Muay Thai gave me, and I have been training now seven years!

Using the discipline I learned through Muay Thai, I became obsessed with the art and science of Baking. I devoured all kinds of baking books and videos, learning as much as I could. And I began buying professional equipment as my skills grew and my techniques became more and more complicated. I tackled cookies, pies, tarts, muffins, cakes, bread, Asian sweets, and finally French pastry. But as I tested new recipes, from trying 15 different chocolate chip cookie recipes to exploring the French vs. Italian method of making macarons, I needed some taste testers.
Of all places, I ended up bringing my baking experiments... to the gym! I was baking every week, and I would always bring something new. And while I was working out, folks would come up to me or shout at me from across the gym how much they loved my creations! I knew I had made something special if these macro-tracking foodies devoured that day’s bake, and so I began to call the gym my “test kitchen.” Word spread of the creative and delicious bakes I was bringing, and business soon followed.
Now, I own a cottage bakery business where I continue to follow my passion of combining unique flavors, using high quality ingredients, in recipes created and meticulously tested by me, to bring you something personal and delectable to sweeten your special occasion.
